Back To School After Lockdown

Posted by Shane On October - 22 - 2020

In lockdown it was very boring.

I was looking forward to my birthday in March but the day of my birthday lockdown started and there was no football, no school, no nothing!

The first week was alright but after a month or so it was not very good.

Then one day, after about four or five months things opened up including football and school.

Now there’s some more covid cases in Ireland so recently football stopped again but it’s alright, but at least we have school.

During the worst part of the lockdown we had to do Zoom classes and home school. It was ok but I prefer to be at school. Now, the senior team are playing county matches again and in Mayo’s first league match against Galway they won.

My book report on I Coriander

I really enjoyed reading the book on kindle.  I liked that it was set in London and a young girl was the main character. It is also set in olden times which was great.  I really want to read another book like this one.

I liked the book and I thought it was really good. It’s full of surprises and suitable for pupils aged 11 and up.

I would definitely recommend this book if you haven’t read it. My rating for this book is four stars out of five. 😉

The book is a good story but I don’t really understand all of it. I would recommend it for kids over 12. I like the book because it is exciting.

I rate it 3 out of 10.
